I always loved this location it’s right by the movie theatre. Good for a quick supper! If you want take out. The cooks are very good at making fresh food. I miss when it was KFC/Taco bell.

The food was tasty but overly oily. The portion sizes were generous. The French fries were average, while the onion rings were good, though all dishes had noticeable oiliness. The chicken lacked proper marination in some larger pieces, which left them tasting bland at times. Cutting the chicken into smaller pieces could help the flavors penetrate better. Overall a good place for dinner.

Seemed portions are getting smaller or they didn't put fries In proper package because my husband and I got fries and had same amount tho mine was regular size. Service was good but needs to be more warm then robotic. Restaurant was good decor but could of used better sanitizing of tables

The food at 545 Westmoreland Rd was okay, but what really made the visit special was the service. Melissa was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent service truly made the experience worth it

I visited KFC today and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. What made the visit even better was the excellent customer service from a staff member named Sukhjit. They were very friendly, polite, and professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Thank you, Sukhjit, for the wonderful service! I truly appreciate the great customer experience.

It is beautiful and the service is excellent, unlike the restaurant located in the west of the city. The service is bad, the staff are not good, and the delay in ordering may reach an hour or more to get your order. I recommend the one in the east of the city. They are friendly and their service is fast.

This establishment deserves recognition for going above and beyond for the community...so many people are struggling these days and KFC chooses to be a angel of mercy to the homeless and less fortunate population in Saint John and does so in silence... No ad compaign, no photo opertunity just kindness...anything less then 5 stars for this location in my opinion is two low...some folks don't know where there next meal is coming from and KFC Westmorland continues to a beacon of light for alot of our neighbors in Saint John. Thank you from everyone at the Saturday soup and share for the continued support you give us each and every week
